How much is shipping and when will I receive my order?
We are proud to offer FREE worldwide shipping. Your order will be sent from one of our international warehouses.

Will I get a heads up when the delivery is on its way?
Yes, we'll send you an email when your delivery is on its way with the tracking detail. Please note, it can take 2-3 days for tracking details to be updated.
How does the returns process work?
Our returns process is easy! If you’re not loving your EasySleeper product and are still within your trial period, feel free to contact us! We’ll organise a paid postage label for you to send it back to us and we’ll process a full refund for you.

- Product
We will get back to you as soon as we can. This is usually the same business day.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Your refund will be issued once your return has arrived in our warehouse. It can take 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected on your payment method.
How do I make a warranty claim?
If you believe that your product is defective and you are the original purchaser, please send us an email at info@easysleeperpillows.com with the following information:

- Product and the problem you are having with it
